This Refund Policy governs the terms applicable to the 1,000 Membership Fee paid for enrollment in 369 Gold Game. By registering as a member and remitting the prescribed fee, the applicant agrees to the terms and conditions outlined below. The Membership Fee of 1,000 is a one-time annual registration charge that grants access to member privileges, including priority tournament registration, discounted entry fees, participation eligibility in exclusive events, loyalty rewards, and other announced benefits.
The membership becomes active only upon successful payment confirmation and verification of member details.
The 1,000 Membership Fee is non-refundable under normal circumstances, as it covers administrative processing, account activation, digital profile creation, and operational management expenses.
Once the membership is activated and benefits are made available, the fee shall not be refunded, either partially or fully, except in situations specifically described under Clause 4 of this policy.
Refunds may be considered only under the following exceptional circumstances:
Duplicate Payment: If a member is charged more than once due to technical or banking errors, the excess amount will be refunded after verification.
Payment Failure with Debit Confirmation: If payment is debited but membership is not activated due to system failure, a refund will be processed after internal verification.
Event Cancellation by Organizer: In the rare event that a paid event linked exclusively to membership is canceled permanently without rescheduling, and no alternative benefit is offered, management may consider compensation or adjustment.
All refund requests must be submitted within 7 days of payment along with valid proof of transaction.
Refunds shall not be granted in the following cases:
Change of personal decision after successful registration
Non-participation in tournaments or events
Violation of code of conduct leading to suspension or termination
Disqualification due to misconduct or rule violations
Partial usage of membership benefits
Approved refunds, where applicable, will be processed within 7–14 working days from the date of approval. Refunds will be credited only to the original mode of payment. No cash refunds will be provided under any circumstances.
Members may request cancellation of membership at any time; however, cancellation does not entitle the member to a refund of the ?1,000 Membership Fee. Upon cancellation, access to member-exclusive privileges will be discontinued.
